OROHENA offers domestic and international shipping through its direct sales channels. All delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or customs procedures.
For the Dominican Republic, shipments are classified as follows:

For countries outside the Dominican Republic, the shipping cost will depend on the destination country and can be viewed before making the payment. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay the applicable duties and taxes in their destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges before your order is placed, and we cannot cover them. The carrier will charge the applicable fees upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office to determine these additional costs before making your purchase.
Shipping costs are only charged if the product is returned under warranty and product inspection reveals that the damage was due to improper use by the customer and not a manufacturing defect. Likewise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges in size, color, or item.
OROHENA will ship through the courier company that has coverage in the delivery area. The customer will be notified of the courier used and the tracking number so the package can be monitored. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted for shipping methods.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping companies. Once the purchase is made, the customer will be notified via email about the status of their order and will be provided with the tracking guide so they can check the order status themselves. Delivery times will not be interfered with by OROHENA.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, according to the delivery option selected at the time of purchase. No shipment will be made if the order has not been paid in full.
Customers are responsible for any consequences such as delivery delays, failed delivery, product returns to OROHENA, additional shipping costs, and others that result from providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information or from the customer being absent at the time of delivery.

The product may be received by any adult present at the delivery location, and a signature on the guide provided by the carrier will be sufficient.

Additionally, we request that the customer record a video while opening the package to verify that the product contents have not been tampered with.
