How do I measure myself?

To measure yourself correctly, use a flexible measuring tape and stand up straight, relaxed. Measure your chest around the widest part, your waist at the level of your navel without tightening too much, and, if needed, your hips at the most prominent point. Write down the values and compare them with the corresponding size chart.
